I’m using MailPoet on a self hosted WordPress. My front-end MailPoet forms are providing the error of “Cannot send confirmation email”. The unconfirmed subscription does appear within the MailPoet Plugin Subscriber’s List.
The Website is using the following components:
Domain Registrar, Hosting Account, & Cloudflare – all three make use of DNS Settings. Perhaps I’m mixing them incorrectly. What is the proper configuration for GoDaddy, Inmotion Hosting, & Cloudflare for ensuring success with the MailPoet Sending Service.
Currently:
I’ve routed something incorrectly. What is the correct usage?
Thank you ahead of time.
]]>I am migrating the website from WordPress to another platform and will need to add 1 A record, 1 AAAA record and 1 CNAME record for the subdomain WWW.
I am checking the DNS settings where the domain is hosted and there are multiple records. I am not sure which ones are related to the website in WordPress so I can delete them.
Please see below the current DNS records:
Thanks
]]>The message the Dreamhost team sent:
they way you got it added, it’s actually ok, the DNS has already propagated: – https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/mailpoet1._domainkey.stmministries.com.deeplydevoted.org – https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/mailpoet2._domainkey.stmministries.com.deeplydevoted.org – https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/_dmarc.stmministries.com.deeplydevoted.org – https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/_mailpoet.stmministries.com.deeplydevoted.orgyou’d need to report that to that team, show them those links so they can check why their tool is not catching them
]]>To Authenticate my sender domain to send emails from my email address, I am suposed to do 3 things:
So thats what I did and for some reason I cant get it working
My hosters says there might be a problem, because I am using a German letter in my domain name thats not existing in other languages. my domain is: rabenkr?uter.at so that translates to: xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at
Is it possible that the DNS records provided by MailPoet dont work, because they use the wrong Domain name? Should the DNS Record use the form: xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at?
I cant change the DNS record created by MailPoet, I can only copy whats there….
If its easier I can provide pictures of the DNS Records as shown in my backend or my hoster site. But I cant find a way to include them here….
PS: I did already try to eliminate the domain name from the DNS record, so its not used double…Just as it was suggested in the Guide, and it didnt work
Please help me!
thank you so much, Sylvana
]]>With or without SSL / TLS 465 / 587.
So, I have been researching.
Should my gmail account IMAP settings be enabled ?
Should I add my gmail address to my server ?
Are there any other settings I should be concerned with ?
Should there be any changes to my DNS records, etc. ?
]]>Any help is much appreciated.
Best regards,

I read in the support Knowledge base that I should try and
change the DNS records.
I get this message:
“Some DNS records were not set up correctly. Please check the records again. You may need to wait up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate.”
I need to change the record names but they are not editable.
Can someone please advise?
It says to contact Mailpoet’s Support but I’m not a paying customer… so I can’t.
Help needed
Kind regards,
Keren
Today I linked my website to Google Analytics in the process of upgrading to the Pro version of MonsterInsights. The marketing agency before me hadn’t set up Google Analytics from the start from what I can tell (and I just now realized it.. oof.)
Before I upgraded and followed the bouncing ball, I DEFINITELY could see site data from the whole time the Lite plugin version has been there. I couldn’t see any of the add-on data, but I could check out page views, top posts, etc…
Once I updated the TXT record with our DNS provider, (Wix unfortunately – and it’s hosted on SiteGround), ALL the previous data that was showing up on MonsterInsights had disappeared once I upgraded to the Pro version of the plugin.
So prior to linking to GA, the MonsterInsights dashboard was full of info and then as soon as I linked it to GA, all of the information disappeared and its just started again from today.
-.-
I’ve called Wix to see if they can resolve. Apparently it caused issues with our other DNS records and I’m now unsure about implementing more changes. I’m consulting with a contractor because I don’t want to make things worse.
But I really want the data that was available before, which was wiped by this process. I am needless to say not pleased with this turn of events when I was trying to prepare a presentation.
Thank you for ANY help you can provide, especially toward restoring the data that was previously available… I really don’t think it was from Google Analytics, I checked out account yesterday and it wasn’t even connected to the site. That data seemed to be from MonsterInsights from what I can tell.
I can’t even find the data in the native WordPress Stats & Insights.
Heeeeeeeeeeelp
