We are using PlanSo Forms as a way for people to submit resumes, etc/show interest in working for us. Ever since setting up PlanSo, I’ll get occasional reports that people get an error message when attempting to submit their application. Yesterday one person reported getting the same (502 Error) message on 5 different machines. He had been using IE & Edge. I asked him to try Chrome and he got the same error using Chrome on a different machine then as well. I’ve not been able to reproduce it using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE or Safari on either a Windows or Mac OS.
Help!

]]>this is my issue: the plugin PlanSo Forms use to work perfectly on one of my websites, both desktop and mobile version are perfect.
On my second one the desktop version was perfect, the mobile not.
Wrote few times to the PlanSo support but never had answer back.
Few hours ago there was an update for this plugin. Did it. Now on the page (both desktop and mobile) appear ONLY this thing:
” Catchable fatal error: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/18/2620618/html/wp-content/plugins/planso-forms/includes/form.php on line 476 “
I tried to:
– Deactivate and Activate the plugin
– Erase it and download it again
– Erase the 2 pages with the form and create 2 new pages and put the forms code again
Still nothing, still the same fatal error come out.
Have you guys have any suggestion?
I’m a total noob with all of this, learning while I’m using it how to use it…
Thanks in advance and sorry if my tech knowledge/vocabulary is not at you level.

]]>I have a PlanSo form that also uses their PayPal plugin. Both Admin and User email settings are set correctly. Person registering for a class clicks on Submit button and is taken to my PayPal payment page. They pay and I receive notification that they did from PayPal. However, I don’t receive their registration form information from the Admin email settings. Everything works in another form that is set-up the same way minus PayPal payments.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

]]>And the second question: I see the pro version allows multiple forms on same page, is that something I couldn’t do with free version?
Thanks for answers!

]]>I just want to make the submit button wider with larger text. And as you can see the Multiple Fields field is too narrow, would like to make it higher. I tried some inline css with no success.
Please advise,
Thanks
