    Hi Frank

    I have 2 issues that I can’t seem to solve.
    1) It keeps saying “You have deactivated the Dashboard, please select a page for redirection or define custom url, include https://? ” I want to use the redirect feature of this plugin, but it’s not redirecting users from the dashboard to a custom page I set.
    I haven’t deactivated the dashboard anywhere! Please help me debug what’s causing this feature to not work.

    2) I have 2 custom roles. Manager & SuperUser. Your plugin works for the ‘Manager’ role, but not for the ‘SuperUser’ role. Is there a specific capability the ‘SuperUser’ role needs for your plugin to work and apply to this role? Note that the SuperUser doesn’t have the ‘manage options’ capability but it can see all the tools, settings and other tabs!

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Please ignore issue 2. I see that a few people have asked about issue 1 on the threads and are looking for a solution still.

    Is your “SuperUser” role a custom role or the Superuser Role of Multisite?

    Custom role. But that has been solved now. It’s issue 1 that doesn’t work and I see a few support threads for this. I’ve since used another plugin to solve issue 1, but would rather use your plugin and remove the other one.

    I have check this currently again and it works. If you have deactivate the menu item Dashbaord for a role, then is the field active. Select on “Backend options”, Item “Dashboard deactivate, redirect to” the “other Page” and add a url inside the input field below the select of “other page”. After save it will work.

    Yes, I deactivate the menu item for a role, after save, you can use the redirect on the global options.

    Yes. I still have those issues. I have had to write all kinds of extra custom functions because Adminimize isn’t fully working. Sometimes it works sometimes not.
