500 Internal Server Error (2 weeks)

  • Hello,
    About many days or 2 weeks can i not lost this problem.
    I have search on the forum, youtube, google but nothing work.
    I will to install wordpress on my website. My web hosting is cpanel.
    If i download the 3.3.1 zip file from wordpress site then i go to wp-config-sample.php then i fill in:

    Then i upload all the files in Public_HTML
    So, normal it must now working if i go to https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin.php or /wp-admin/install.php
    Then i go to softaculous and install wordpress. I tried https://, https://www, and with (S).
    I clear the wp text directory.
    Database name: kouwro_athome
    Table Prefix: wp_
    I tried to enable the: Enable Multisite (WPMU)
    Admin Password: same like database password.
    Then i click install. If its ready then i got 2 links (mywebsite.com and wp-admin.php)
    If i click on the link (my website) then i got this message: 

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Delete any .htaccess files in your domains root folder. If this fails to work, try asking your hosts for assistance.

    There is no one .htacces in my root of other directorys

    Try asking your hosts for assistance. It’s a server issue – not a WordPress one.

    Then i said, i don’t need to pay 238.80 for my web hosting. You can paid this every month 13.95$ or every 3 months.
    He said, thats not a problem. You can paid this when you want.

    I just cannot do anything, install joomla, drupal just nothing!

    Not it isn’t. Many hosts that implement cPanel also include a 1-click install for applications like WordPress.

    I wait for my message, if i need to pay 238.80$ hosting for 24 months then i paid this, and let we hope thats lose this shit.

    Ok i want to go to another hosting because this shit cannot give a answer. Esmi you know one best hosting for easy installation wordpress, joomla, forums, login form. Just a better hosting than virtual empire.
    But i don’t will paid direct for 24 months. Only step for step, per month. And please said that you hosting don’t need to wait for wordpress and other activations. Just direct you can start with upload themes, edit website. I need to start with my website.

    But, my website registration is on namecheap. Can i go to another web hosting if i have buy hosting from namecheap 1 month ?

    You can have as many hosting companies as you want or are prepared to pay for.
