Base url

Hi,
I am looking for an option to set the base url but can’t find one. My admin backend is being accessed using HTTPS, the frontend using HTTP. Sometimes, the sitemap generates https://-Links, sometimes https://. It would be great, if the base url can be set, so that it always generates https://-links.
