    Hello,

I know it’s full of posts about this topic, but I did not find anything specific about my issue.
Every time I open my XML sitemap, it’s blank. I don’t have any plugin conflict and my configuration is quite basic.
However I noticed that, by clicking on Yoast SEO Sitemat, it open on https://
If instead i force that link to open on https://, it’s actually populated.
The problem is that inside it, there are more submaps, all of them generated as https:// reason why none of them would open (all blanks).
Forcing them on https:// instead they all work correctly.
Since I am using https on my website, is there a way to force Yoast SEO to generate them on https://?
Otherswise I feel like I am forces to change Sitemap plugin unfortunately and I would prefer not to.

    Thanks

[EDIT]: I just found out that adding them with https:// to google search console, everything works fine since inside each submaps all pages links are in https://

However I would like to know if there is a way to force Yoast SEO to create the map including all https:// links in order to avoid the manual procedure.

@flytalia If the URLs in your XML Sitemap Index are showing as HTTP, we would recommend performing the following recommendations to resolve this:

? Can you please confirm if your WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) are both using HTTPS? If they are not, can you please change both URLs to use HTTPS? To do so, go in WordPress to Settings>General and update both the WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) fields, and then click ‘Save Changes.’
? Does clearing your cache from your plugin, theme, server, or CDN such as Cloudflare resolve the issue? If you are not sure how to clear your server caching, please speak with your host provider.
? Next, you can force the sitemap to be regenerated by toggling the XML Sitemaps feature Off and back On again. To do so, in WordPress first disable the XML Sitemaps feature located under SEO>General>Features>XML Sitemaps and click ‘Save Changes’. Then enable the XML Sitemaps feature and once again click ‘Save Changes.’
? Claim and verify your HTTPS website URL in Google. This guide explains more: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/176793?hl=en.
? After your sitemap has been updated, if the old version of the sitemap using HTTP is still present we’d that you delete it, and then resubmit the new HTTPS version of your sitemap to Google Search Console.

?Can you please try the aforementioned suggestions and let us know whether this resolves your issue?

@devnihil thank you for the suggestion!
Actually the first hint was the solutions since I forgot to set my url as https:// in my General Settings. As soon as I updated it, sitemap showed correctly even without toggle on/off.

Also Google Search Console is not recognizing it succesfully.

    Thanks a lot!
