    Hi,

I have the website https://www.pcsteps.gr on the managed hosting Flywheel, with MaxCDN and Cloudflare. I am using the Genesis framework with the Magazine child theme.

Until recently, BWP Minify Worked Perfectly. However, right after installing an SSL certificate and forced the whole website to https:, with BWP Minify Activated the CSS won’t appear at all.

This doesn’t happen just to the genesis framework, but to other themes I tried to apply on my website.

Which setting must I change for BWP Minify to work over SSL?

    Thank you

Hi Angelos, thanks for using BWP Minify.

Could you please post an example minify string when SSL is on and off? For example https://example.com/wp-content/plugins/bwp-minify/?f=....

I couldn’t get an example when SSL is off, because I have redirected the whole site to https://. This however is one of the errors I am getting. For some reason, even after having flushed the cache, the plugin tries to pull the non-secure version of the CSS from the CDN.

Maybe I should delete manually the cache from the plugin folder?

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.pcsteps.gr/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'https://cdn.pcsteps.gr/wp-content/plugins/bwp-minify/min/?f=wp-content/plugins/addthis/css/output.css&ver=41'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Ok, I am an idiot, I completely missed the SSL support for CDN on Advanced Options. Leaving it here for future reference, in case anyone has the same problem.

Great to hear :-). This topic is now on top.

I do not have CDN, but I did put “use protocol” in the CDN area. If I enable Minify JS and CSS my site fails SSL. What is the solution for those who do not use CDN and have https:// as their main site url

@agenius if you do not enable CDN then you should not have to do anything to get SSL to work. Are you using any plugin to force SSL on your site?

On a side note, can you create a separate support topic for your issue?
