CP7 forms stopped submitting recently.. just spinning circles.

I have the same issue. Here are some errors I am finding on the console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rest-nonce:1

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)

forbidden error (403) on following:

https://######.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/22/feedback?_locale=user

bad request error (400) on following:

https://######.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rest-nonce

Can this please be investigated?

If you are using a caching plugin you need to purge the cache. Also the page can no longer be cached otherwise you need to purge the cache every 24hrs.

Upgrade from 5.3.2 to 5.4 caused this “spinning circle” issue for us.

I can confirm this issue. My client today contacted me for the third time in three weeks. I thought it is because of redirection i used, so disabled it and it worked, but now the problem reoccurs.

– The contents of the contact form are submitted
– But the user is not given that confirmation

Same here . It stop working , It’s frustrating as I ‘m not having enquires and probably need to change a form to ninja form or gravity form.

As of this morning, everything is working again?! Not sure why, but i’m guessing it was an issue with my web hosting, Telus. I did leave a message for them yesterday explaining the problem, so maybe there were other issues on their end. My other forms on my website that are not part of my WP folder, also did not work and now do as well. This could change and reoccur again, but knock on wood, good for now.
For those having issues, maybe contact your hosting service to see if there’s some other underlying issues.

Update to last plugin version … and Problems ???
Email data is send ok, but no validation errors or ok message or redirection to thnks page (as it was working)

I’d also really like some help with this. Could someone please tell me how I can rollback to v5.3 as that seems to be the problem with the form issues.
