Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm_

    Hello,

    I have two SWPM payment buttons on my site. They work smoothly, except when inserted on one particular page. Here they both give the error message: “Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm….”.

    Once in a while they will both work on this page, but most of the time they do not.

    The page is not different from other pages in terms of any settings I have made.

    Is it possible to indicate/speculate what the error source may be, based on the above conditions?

    Is there any documentation on what the “Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm_…” means or what it is caused by? Or is it possible to provide an explanation for what the error message means/refers to?

    Also, make sure that no cache plugin is interfering with the plugins registration process.

    Hello,

    (The page is still under construction).

    I used a website tool to check if there are any cache mechanisms on the page and this tool said that there is.

    Is there a work-around to avoid the error message, if it is caused by a cache mechanism on the page?

    Could there be other causes of the error message?

    Please be aware that occasionally the buttons work on this page, but most of the time they dont.

    They work constantly on other pages of the site.

    In regards to the possible cache issue. Please check the following documentation and pay attention to the section named Compatibility (With Other Plugins). We have some instructions for some of the most comment cache plugins in WordPress repository.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. I looked at the documentation you send and I might have found the cause. It seems to be governed by whether the visitor visits via https:// or https://.

    I will keep monitoring whether it works, but it seems to be solved now.
