Hello. Thanks for reaching out to us.
This issue can happen for multiple reasons. Please check the following steps:
- Ensure that both Elementor and WordPress are up to date. Outdated plugins or the core WordPress installation can sometimes cause conflicts or unexpected behavior.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One or Twenty Twenty) temporarily to see if the issue is related to your current theme. If the headings appear with the default theme, it suggests that the problem lies within your theme.
- Make sure your theme is updated to the latest version. If your theme is outdated, it might not be fully compatible with the latest version of Elementor.
- Sometimes, cached files can cause display issues. Clear your browser cache, and if you have any caching plugins installed (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache), clear the cache within those plugins as well.
- Check any custom code on the page. HTML tags that are not closed?can also lead to layout issues, so if you added HTML code in the HTML widget or in another widget, make sure that all your tags are properly opened and closed.
- If you are using a child theme, there might be an issue with the way it interacts with Elementor or your parent theme. Temporarily switch to the parent theme and check if the headings appear.
- Mixed Content?issues can also cause problems. Go to?WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General?and ensure that both the?WordPress Address (URL)?and?Site Address (URL)?are the same, and that both are either?https://?or?https://. You can also right-click on the page and select ‘Inspect’ from the browser tools to check the Console for mixed content errors.
Remember to always backup your website before making significant changes, especially when deactivating plugins or switching themes. This way, you can easily revert to a previous state if anything goes wrong.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
