How to change text color in Mono theme

I am trying to change the text color through out my website. I have a black background with a really dark grey text color and it is really hard to read; I want to lighten the text a little. I am currently using the Mono theme by Cudazi. My website is https://www.melotusbotanicals.com. Any help is greatly appreciated.
