How to make top level Menu name not its own page

    Hello, I’m new to wordpress I’m just wondering how do I change the top level title of a menu to not have its own page.

    for example: my website is https://www.kingstonshowponies.com

    menu title: “our show team” has its own page, I want to make it like this website

    what I want to change it to is like

    https://whitmerestud.com/ if you see they have the title “stallions” and it doesn’t have its own page

    just wondering how to do this, thanks in advance
