I don`t know yet what error they are getting from Paypal.

@sveilore – the reason is because the Site URLs are hard-coded as https://. It’s preferable to just load the entire site through https://.

I would recommend going to Settings->General and changing both of the site URLs to use https://

Thanks! That changed the system status.
But unless it has changed itself, its been https:// for a year or so. Im still waiting for customers to say what kind of errors they have been getting, but now I can tell them to try again and see if it works for them now.
