• I have a critical licensing issue with the pro version of this plugin. The site was registered on http and has since moved to https (like most of the internet).

    There is no way to fix this via the licensing section in the plugin (errors out with “this site is already registered at https://, please contact support”.

    I’ve tried to contact support for over 3 months, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. And even from within this plugin, the “Support Forum” link is a 404!

    If I don’t get any resolution to this issue soon, I’ll have no choice but to blast it in the reviews and deny the recurring credit card charge from my bank.

    THE DEVELOPER IS UNRESPONSIVE.

    That’s unfortunate but this is not a topic for these forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
