logo not showing

  • My logo is not showing well after installation of ssl and i cant access the logo options it keeps booting forever. Please can I get help. the theme is jnews

    Please try uploading the logo again. Your logo image is having HTTP(https://) URL that’s why it is not showing.

    Thanks for your response but i cant access the option to upload it again when I click on header/logo option it keeps booting enlessly

    Two options are there now:

    1. First, If you have access to the database then search for the logo image name(logo1979.png) in the _options table. If it is there in http then please change it to https.

    2. Second, you can install an insecure content fixer plugin, that will help you in fixing all the URLs which are in http.

    Please select the method you prefer. I hope that it will fix your issue.

    Note: Please do a full site backup(including database) before changing anything on the site.
