Message not being added to email

WP, WC & OT all at latest versions.
I’ve entered some text into the “Qsot Completed Order Email Message” field, but that is not being added to the completed order email.

Anyone there?
I also have this problem.
If would help if we had the System Status message from ‘OpenTickets -> System Status’ on your Dashboard.
That might help identify the issue.

We have verified that this is either a plugin conflict, a conflict with the newest version of WooCommerce (or perhaps both).
This has been filed and we’re hoping to have a new version of OTCE very soon.
Ok. Thanks. I tried disabling all plugins except woocommerce and opentickets so I guess it is a problem with the latest version.
Hi @quadshot, here’s my details. You can’t check my site as it’s not yet live. I have tried disabling plugins and using 2015 theme.
Interestingly, I’ve found this morning that WC is not loading custom email templates either (I thought to hard-code the extra text instead as a work-around!)

@quadshot – By the way, I don’t know if this is related, but with wp_debug turned on I’m seeing the following errors in the cart widget, and also on the emails:
Notice: Undefined index: array in /.../html/wp-content/plugins/qsot-ga-multi-price/multi-price/core.class.php on line 374

Version 1.10.1 hasn’t fixed the problem ??
Hey @petervandoorn – this is still on the radar. We plan on making another update either today or tomorrow including this and a couple other items. You will be happy to know though that the ‘url slug customization’ item you brought up, is in there now, as well as the ‘more unique QR codes’.
As for the notice messages you pasted about GAMP, there is also a new version of that available for download on the website. Unfortunately, updater integration on that has not been tackled yet, so to upgrade, simply remove the old one and install the new one. You should be able to download the latest version from your My Account page, which should be version 1.2.0.
I will keep you updated with progress on the email message item, and there will be an email blast out when the updater integration has been completed for the extension. Thanks again for being such a helpful community member and providing detailed information about each item you report. It really does help a lot when tracking down the issue and creating a permanent solution that does not interfere with other parts of the system.

@loushou – this is becoming off topic now, but I’ve just installed the latest GAMP and it’s screwed up my event areas.
It removed both of my ticket types from the pricing structure and, when I tried to put them back, it didn’t save the change. Making a new area didn’t help. I even deleted the entire venue, but no difference.
Had to revert to the previous version and last night’s database backup (lucky I didn’t have any sales!!)
That’s not good indeed. Ok @petervandoorn I will look into this immediately. Also, fyi, for extension related issues, you should have been invited to our helpdesk software, where you can put in a ticket about issues like this with an extension. Feel free to get hooked into that for extension support. In the mean time, I will track this down and keep you looped in.
Loushou
@loushou No invite to your helpdesk received ?? My order no. was 2894, so if you could kindly re-send. Thanks
Hey @petervandoorn,
We resent the invite, so you should have one in the email that you checked out with on the website when purchasing GAMP. On a different note, I have resolved the problem with the new GAMP version. We are now at version 1.2.1. The gist is that the upgrade process for this version was supposed to make some database changes, which apparently were not being handled gracefully. I have changed the code for this, so that now the upgrade takes place and does not mess with the data in the process. You should be able to get it from your my account page as before.
Thanks for the additional report,
Loushou
