    Secure Fast Contact Form: 3.1.8.2

I’m evaluating the plugin for my needs and so far so good. Great work!
Stumped on a couple of things, I hope you can help:

    1) I’m using the Data Export feature with CFDB. The form I created is filled out by a logged in user. I would like to store the logged-in user ID as a hidden field to CFDB with the submitted form. I searched and can probably use this: [si-contact-form form=’1′ hidden=’account=$user_ID’]. But how can I store this hidden value to the CFDB?

    2) I’m storing extra field data entered by a logged in user to CFDB via your form. When the user returns to the page, I would like to have the form pre-populated with the stored submitted data for that particular user. Is this possible? I can filter and grab all the data with CFDB via shortcode or php.

If you can help with this, that would be much appreciated. I know you are very busy.

  • I need to let you know about something when setting optional form parameters with shortcode.

Note: with the plugin versions 4.x and higher, you have to enable the setting “Enable PHP sessions” on the advanced tab or this feature is ignored. If you enable this setting, test your form and site to be sure it supports PHP sessions. PHP Sessions are no longer enabled by default allowing for best compatibility with servers, caching, themes, and other plugins. This should resolve many sessions related issues some users had.

for #2) I do not have time to do any custom work,
Ken Carlson is usually available. He was a co-programmer for this plugin.
