Product sorting order is not working correct

On my test site which has the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and Storefront (default) theme, I could not reproduce the same issue. I am able to sort products based on price.

It seems that the issue is specific to your site. I understand you’ve tried deactivating plugins and switching the theme, but I’d recommend running a thorough conflict test as explained here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I would also recommend checking whether you have a caching plugin and then purging all cache from it.

That’s strange…I can’t reproduce the issue on my test site either.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Have you tried regenerating the product lookup tables?
You can do it under WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Product lookup tables.

Can you run a WC database update to match the current core version? You can do it from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I wasn’t able to decode the graphic from Hebrew, so taking your word for it.

As the issue is persisting even after disabling all plugins, please reach out to your hosting provider to make sure there is no active server-side caching, as already suggested above.

Also clear your browser cache as explained here.

Your system status report shows that the site is not secure. This is not the cause of the current issue, though. You should ask your hosting provider to issue SSL certificate for the site (https://).

In the screenshot you can see it is sorted based on price low to high. But it is not sorted right, you can see it in the screenshot.
We have caching in server and I cleared caching in server and browser. But I can see the issue.

And this is a staging environment that’s why we don’t have SSL here. In the live site we have SSL.

If you need I can give you access to the staging server if you want, so you can check it. If you have another secure support system or an email, I can send you access details

This is happening to us too since last woocommerce update. Site was working for more than a year.

When sortering URL changes adding q param: /shop/?orderby=popularity&q=%2Fshop%2F

We have discovered that if we setup store on frontpage sorting works.

We are using nginx+fpm 7.4 in case it helps.
