Submissions 404 on version 2.9.9

    Submissions on version 2.9.9 seem to error out and not even process in the backend. The error page seems relative to the form page name, ex. https://{formpagename}.us rather than the Ninja forms submissions page.

    Tested on multiple forms with no success. Deactivated and reactivated with no success. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

  • Same problem. And it occurred on 2.9.8 update. I contacted Ninja Forms support and they said the 2.9.9 update would fix it. Apparently it hasn’t.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

    This should be taken care of in version 2.9.10. We had attempted a fix for some WC3 validation compatibility, but it had some negative consequences. 2.9.10 reverses those changes.

    Hi Kevin, thanks for you guys’ effort on this. Just an FYI, I updated to 2.9.10 and the error had continued BUT I did have success after deactivating then reactivating.
