WordPress app doesn't recognize my URL

I just updated the site to 3.8, then downloaded the app on my iPad. When trying to log in to the app, it tells me it’s “Unable to find a WordPress site at that URL.” I’ve entered the site in with and without the https://, with and without the https://www., and nothing seems to be working. All information is correct, yet NOTHING is working. Please help. I run the website for our church and need to be able to access it from my iPad.
