Hi @amantica,
Thanks for your query. We have visited your site.
The images seem to be broken, because of the Mixed content error on your website. The domain has SSL ( https://) protocol. But It seems that your website url does not starts with https database. That is why the images are not loading properly. (https://prnt.sc/m9XiwLv6Mk0H, https://prnt.sc/oIuyjGGSG36n) To fix the issue, go to your WordPress General settings and update the WordPress URL and the Site URL with https:// (https://prnt.sc/Ts_DKZhWyEsf ).
Hopefully, the broken image issue will be fixed.

In reply to: [Widget Post Slider] Slider Not ShowingHi @amingoli,
Sorry for the delayed response. Could you please share the page link of the slider? We need to review the issue first. Because it’s tough to provide any solution without troubleshooting the issue.
Hope you understand. Your co-operation would be appreciated.
Hi @sterndata,
I am sorry for my mistake. In the future, if I need any information, I will ask specific ( screenshot, error log or PHP info, etc) questions and will never ask or request to share any access.
Thank you so much for reminding the guideline to follow.
Hi @raunhar,
Thanks for sharing the page link. We have visited your website and found the issue.
We have inspected the logo carousel section and found that The script (swiper) of your website’s current theme is conflicting with the Logo carousel plugin’s swiper. That’s why the logo column setting is not working properly. The initialization selector of the theme swiper should be specific. Please open a support ticket here with the necessary information so that we can review deeply to provide an exact solution.
Your understanding and co-operation would be highly appreciated.
Hi @acekin,
Thanks for your query. Hope you are doing well.
We are sorry to say that it’s not possible to import or export testimonials from any third-party plugin.
The import or export options only work when the Real Testimonial plugin is installed on both sites. Suppose you have installed the Real Testimonials plugin on your site and created some testimonials. You can import them easily from the plugin’s tools option. And then you can export them where you need to export them. But on that site, the testimonial plugin must be installed.
Hope you understand. Thank you.

In reply to: [WP Tabs – Responsive Tabs and Custom Product Tabs] Loosing FormattingHi @wuppi,
Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for sharing the page link.
We have visited your site and found the issue and found that you used the WP Tab shortcode inside an accordion which is made with the Simple Shortcodes plugin.
It’s getting an extra <br> tag from that plugin which is why the tab formatting has been changed. Have a look at the screenshot. To fix this issue please use the following CSS in the plugin’s custom CSS field.
.sp-tab__nav-link br { display: none; }
We also found some js errors in the console. It would be better if you fix them by yourself or with the help of the Simple Shortcodes plugin’s author to show the Tabs and accordion properly.
Hope the above information helps. Please let us know if the above CSS works for you or not.
Thank you.
Hi @hmarksthespot,

Hi @kureman,
We appreciate your effort to figure out this solution on your own. Currently, adding custom CSS is the best solution to center the image position in the mobile view.
We have noted this on our plugin development roadmap. We will definitely improve this in the next version of the plugin.
Your understanding and patience would be much appreciated.
Have a nice day.
Hi @veganliebe,
Sorry for the delayed response. Hope you are fine.
The plugin has a separate option to enqueue or dequeue the Google fonts. Did you dequeue this option from the plugin’s settings? If not, please do it from here.
Hope the Google fonts will not appear again. We can see that you are using the premium version of the plugin. We would request you to create a support ticket here for your further assistance.
Thank you.
Hi @kureman,

We have visited your site and reviewed the Gallery images but the issue is not visible on your site and found that the Product Gallery Slider plugin is not activated currently.
Could you please activate the plugin and generate the issue again? We would love to fix the issue. Actually, it’s tough to provide any solution without generating the issue.
Your understanding and co-operation would be appreciated.
Hi @anneng1,
