I got that impression which is why I removed the plugin from the site in question. If its not supported even in a basic form then I wont use it.

There seem to be many unanswered and unresolved threads on here, doesn’t look good.

Oh come on please…..This is a double optin subscriber list complete with subscriber ip address, phone number and postal address which is regularly cleaned and I have been marketing to for a long time.

This is the first time I have experienced such high unopened rates and also the first time I have used a wp plugin to control a mailing because the site in the past has not been wp and the email has either been sent using interspire software installed on my server or Getresponse.

I was wondering if this high unopened rate was a result of either my sending set up, the plugin or some other reason.

I cant continue with unopen rates of this level so will probably have to go back to using a sending service.

I signed up for an account with Elastic Email but for some reason I cant get their settings into the dns zone via my CPanel, again I have a support in with the hosts.
One problem I see with them is they limit you to 100 emails a day so I would take a week to get this newsletter out, not something I find acceptable.

DomainKeys and SPF is enabled in CPanel so not sure why it gave that result. I will forward that to my hosting company.

Not sure if that alone should cause such a high rate of unopened emails though?

Hi Ben,
Fixed thanks but see below.

I tried to create a new user with the same email as the admin email and of course it told me it already existed….so I added that admin subscriber to the list WordPress Synched and still generated the send error.

The way it works was your last suggestion. Remove the admin email address from WordPress Synched list which I added earlier. Go to Users admin account, edit profile and Update, admin then re-appears in WordPress Synched list and error is fixed.

I am also getting this error when trying to send a test email. It sent a test OK two days ago using php send option, I tried doing a test on gmail today and I get the error below.
Now I have changed the settings back to the php send and the error still remains.
I am running the same plugins that I did two days back so I cant think what is causing the error. Any suggestions?

Thanks, but thats how I had it set but its not getting me the actual url.

Its not in a widget in a sidebar as no widgets are set at all.

I am adding the shortcode through an admin setting in the theme options so it appears in every “property listing”
It seems too be calling it on here single-listing.php with this code
<?php echo do_shortcode($agentcontactform); ?>

So I am guessing its not a widget.

Tried that and I just get the [_post_url] literally showing like that not the actual url that its submitted from.

Could some please tell me where exactly in the settings do I add this
[_post_url] in order for the url of the post where the contact form was sent from to be sent to me?
