@agni707 DNS records takes few minutes to hours to propagate worldwide. Please try to verify DNS records now and it may succeed.

@hajjistech Please use RESET option once. Leave the “Generate SSL for both www & non-www domain” option unchecked and run the SSL install form again/

@jcowensdesign You just have some mixed content issues on your site :). If you right click, inspect element on Google Chrome and check console tab, you can see 3-4 images are loading over https://. You will need to find these images and change them to https://. This will fix all the issues and show browser padlock.

If you face any difficulty, enabling “Force HTTPS via WordPress” method in Force HTTPS page of WP Encryption might resolve all those issues instantly.

@agni707 Then you can only use DNS method to complete domain verification. That’s the only ultimate way.

@rfollett There are 2 possible ways. If you choose “Force HTTPS via HTACCESS” method in Force HTTPs page of WP Encryption, then it updates htaccess to achieve redirection. If you choose alternative WordPress method, it uses WordPress hooks to redirect to HTTPS.

@charmedchicken Please double check if the added DNS record is correct. It should be TXT record with correct name & value given by plugin.

@levocskram you can use the RESET option of WP Encryption & run the Generate SSL form again to get new certificate.

@levocskram With our Free version, You will need to manually renew SSL certificate every 90 days i.e., click on RENEW SSL CERTIFICATE or STEP 1 in progress bar of WP Encryption page and run the same Generate SSL form again. This will provide you with new renewed SSL certificate valid for further 90 days.

@rdgrant Something must be wrong with your site. Please delete the plugin, install fresh copy of latest version of plugin and try again. Also, check if folders & files are set to correct permissions in your WordPress directory.
