Ok, thanks.
Hmm, well, when I changed the images to jpg from png, the issue went away and I was able to upload multiple images.
Regarding deleting images, once there are several, it’s clear how to delete them, but when only one is uploaded, there was no button to remove it.
I figured this out. Geo Directory doesn’t support PNG files.
Thank you, two more questions:
- What is the add-on needed to create location-less listings?
- Is it possible to dynamically display customized listing forms based on listing type? I assume so, but how does that work? Can the add listing form respond to a user selection, or would I need to create operate pages and menu items for the various listing type forms?
Just PayPal to start. Since I’ve got you, one other question:
I noticed that the validation for URLs in the “add listing” form requires the user to include https:// or https://. It’s a little confusing for customers out of the box, but I assume I can insert some placeholder text showing that https:// is required?

In reply to: [BuddyPress Group Email Subscription] Doesn’t work with BuddybossHi Boone, thanks for responding. Buddyboss just announced in their Facebook group on Friday that they’re going to begin scoping an integrated email digest for their platform (in June). So I guess it makes sense to just wait for that. I did a test install of this plugin though and you did a great job. Keeping your website handy.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Group Email Subscription] Doesn’t work with Buddyboss@boonebgorges, I have a group of Buddyboss site owners who need this. Can we provide you with some compensation to get this working with Buddyboss? It’s badly needed.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Group Email Subscription] Doesn’t work with BuddybossSadly, what Buddyboss released doesn’t have digest emails and can kill site engagement.

In reply to: The Password Reset ProcessAny other ideas? I have a staging site set up for testing (though we’re talking about core WP functionality here).

In reply to: The Password Reset ProcessThank you but that didn’t work. Carefully cleared all caches and it’s still pre-populating the password. I even switched templates to be sure.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Registration Options for BuddyPress] Plugin Installation Causes Fatal ErrorAfter you’ve had a chance to test it, would you post here as to whether’s it’s working or not? I’m moving in a different direction so I’m not going to test it right now. But if you’ll confirm it’s working, I can mark this thread as resolved.

In reply to: [Registration Options for BuddyPress] Plugin Installation Causes Fatal ErrorWell, I think the update fixes the issue. He released the day after I messaged him. And when I enable it on my staging site, it doesn’t break the site anymore.

In reply to: [Registration Options for BuddyPress] Plugin Installation Causes Fatal ErrorI just submitted profile sign up and profile edit moderation to the buddyboss roadmap: https://www.buddyboss.com/roadmap/
My submission won’t show up unless they decide it’s important though. If this is a pain point for you, I suggest doing your own submission to them at that address. This functionality is basic to any social network site and should be part of the Buddyboss platform. The more people they hear from the better.

In reply to: [Registration Options for BuddyPress] Plugin Installation Causes Fatal ErrorI just messaged him on FB. Asked him to reply to this thread so that:
a) we can know this isn’t going to be updated and ask Buddyboss to remove it from their “integrations” list
b) have an update provided. I mentioned I’d be willing to make a payment for an update.
c) perhaps another option would be to have another developer take over the plugin. I have one in mind who is an active developer for buddypress.
