OK. After posting I decided to google exactly what I asked and found a plugin that places <previous/next> under the Update button within the order screen. I am the kind of designer that after so many plugins, don’t need anymore plugins. I would like to find some function.php script if it exist. Does anyone know?

Thank you for your help. Took me a while to get around to trying your suggestions. Your first suggestion worked to get rid of the information notice. I am using the same plugins I use on other sites but they don’t use Shipstation. I would like to know exactly which plugin was causing it but glad it is gone. Maybe a Shipstation update or whatever plugin update will fix the problem. Again, thank you for giving my issue attention.

@bcworkz Thank you for replying. The files are not on my server. Maybe at one time, I don’t remember, but every sort of search for them turns up not found. I am figuring there is something within my code that is saying redirect because they are not found but after many hours of searching I can find nothing that relates to the URL’s. Thought I would ask on here for someone with a little more knowledge that might be able to narrow my search. I know all the code cannot be viewed by everyone but didn’t know if maybe URL’s dealing with images may be more of a certain area. Nothing in my media file and nothing in wp-content/uploads. They create 404’s.

@bedas Thank you for your reply. I probably didn’t explain it the best. I know the attached image is in my media file. I placed it there in order to read the text content within the image. It is the URL’s and image links that is part of the URL’s I am having the issues with. I figured this was the best way to show the redirect text I am getting when doing a SEO scan.

I finally figured it out. If anyone else needs it, here it is.

@ioresearch Hi, issue is resolved. I re-posted the issue this time wording it a little different. I think the key was the person that responded ask to see the error log. I posted part of the error log and from that he was able to determine that it was a plugin causing the problem.

I have gone to plugins in the past when having issues but I just didn’t think it was a plugin this time. Remember, we talked about dreaded plugins. At this point I would say about 80% of issues are due to plugins, maybe.

There is just to much involved in all this to know it all. Anyway, going to mark it resolved and if you want to continue, the following is one of my emails; [email protected]

Not sure about the Elementor video. Something new to me. I guess they might monitor the forum due to so many people using their builder with WordPress.

@vladytimy and @catacaustic I want to thank you both for your time and effort in solving this issue. I use a plugin called JS Help Desk and you were right. Deactivated it and delete users worked.

When I run into issues I do usually think about plugins first but I was not having an issue until I updated to latest WordPress version. I remember updating JS Help Desk before updating WordPress so figured their update was for the new WordPress version. If a new version of WordPress shows up I like to wait until plugins update. Have ran into to problems updating WordPress first.

@vladytimy Didn’t mean to confuse you but I didn’t want to mention an issue within an issue that has been resolved. Thank you for the Kudos. I like to help when I can with what little I know.

I did not know about the Health Check Plugin. Thank you so much for pointing that out to me. I thought about plugins but I am using most of the same ones I use on other sites and not having delete issues on those sites.

I don’t mean to rush anyone but as many admit on the forum you can get so frustrated, especially after spending hours trying to figure it out before posting to the forum.

It is a great thing when issues get resolved because they can be so frustrating.

@catacaustic Thank you for your reply. After clicking Confirm Deletion the page set idol for what may have been several minutes before the error showed up. It created an error log file a little over 600 MB of a continuous loop of what is below.

@aleocap – @vladytimy is right. The mere fact that you have listed your link as https://shinealight instead of https://shinealight is a red flag. Unless your hosting is setup to force anyone that uses https:// over to https:// your viewers will get the unlocked padlock. It may be a case of looking at your html making sure all links, links to graphics and page links start with https:// as opposed to https://. The “s” at the end of http is what signifies the link is secure if you indeed do have an SSL.

Besides, you have helped me and given the link to some software I did not have. I downloaded it. I use both PC and MAC. I have them sitting side by side on my desk. Here is a suggestion, Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer programs. Two great graphics programs that work on PC and MAC.

Yes to an hour of Skype. Sounds good. I will be glad to help with whatever I may know and possibly not know, like how to fix my delete issue.

As long as you have fairly large disk allocation with you hosting provider a large image library shouldn’t be a problem. As I mentioned earlier a CDN such as Shortpixel will serve the images to the web as Webp images instead of jpeg or png images making them lighter and faster for the web.
