Hi thanks for the reply. If ever the theme is not suitable for for latest WP version, I was thinking to update it manually through replacing all the WP files except /wp-content and wp-config.php. But i’ts not advisable for this option, right?

I have a question. I have updated the core through manual update. Then after when update, i try to look in the Dashboard. I have notice there is still a notice

‘An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.`

Oh problem resolved. Needs to change in WordPress Address URL field. Because I was just using the plugin to make it all pages into https://..

So basically the issue was when I click the menu, it will link to the main domain site instead going to a page. I just want to create category page where it display a specific category.

Hi thanks for the help. I try to call the Godaddy and let them address the issue, I did all the file permission settings but still didn’t work. So my I got no choice rather than to call them for support.

But didn’t work

My hosting was GoDaddy and then I have created sub directory which I have installed the WordPress through my FTP Filezilla upload and setup the database. Installation was successfully installed but when I upload the image and some themes, It won’t proceed because of the error.
This is the error by the way
Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2015/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I’m not sure about that tool Managed WordPress Hosting, I just made my own installation procedure when installing WordPress and got successfully.

Even the theme installation procedure didn’t work. My hosting was Godaddy, they sent intruction to login in my account in admin and enable permission but still didn’t work.
