In reply to: [Zerif Lite] White box in Testimonial sectionHello,
That worked! Thank you for helping!Peggy
Hello,
I really hope someone can help with this problem. Here is some additional info: I have been receiving contact email notifications over the last year without any problems. I recently installed the Zerif Lite Transition Plugin. I also have the Pirate Forms Plugin installed. Now, I don’t receive email notifications from the website Contact form. I am receiving all other incoming emails.I need to be able to respond quickly to my customer inquiries. Please help!
Thank you,
PeggyHello,
I, too , would like to do this on my site. The example website provided above is meant to be an example of what they want to do. It is not their site. Again, we want to implement the functionality on the example site on our Zerif website.Best regards,
PeggyHello,
As a followup to my previous post, I can tell from Google Analytics that someone sent a contact form, however, I didn’t receive it. This is a big problem for my business!Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
PeggyHello,
The Theme update corrected the problem with the Send Button on the Contact section.Regards,

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Return URL not working on some purchasesHello,
Since the Plugin has a field to enter a Return URL, it would be nice if it actually worked. Also, on credit card purchases, the cart is not re-set and the transaction is not posted on Cart Orders.I think these things need to be addressed.

Additionally, on scenario #2 on the above post, an entry was not posted on Cart Orders and the shopping cart was not reset.Thank you,

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Return URL not working on some purchasesHello,
I completed my test. Here are the results:1. Purchase made by logging in to a PayPal account – I was automatically returned to the Thank you page on my website.
2. On the PayPal screen, I selected to make a credit card payment without logging in to a PayPal account – I was NOT automatically returned to my website. There was a link that said “Return to Food Pantry Solutions”. Clicking the link returned me to the Thank You page of my website.
I was expecting both scenarios to automatically return my Buyer to my Thank you page.
Thank you,

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Return URL not working on some purchasesHello,
I have made the Return URL on the Plugin the same as the Return URL on PayPal. I thought either https://xxx.com or https://www.xxx.com would both go to the website.I’m still not clear on why some of our Buyers are returned to our site while others are not.
I will do a test of my theory that it is only the one-time purchases made without a PayPal login that are not being returned. If this is, indeed, the case, the problem looks to be with the Plugin.
Thank you,

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Return URL not working on some purchasesHi,
I just noticed that the Return URL on PayPal includes www in the path, but the Return URL on the Plugin does not include www (only https://)What is the proper format for the Return URL on the Plugin and also PayPal?
Thank you,

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Return URL not working on some purchasesHello,
When the buyer clicks the Checkout with PayPal button, they are directed to a PayPal page. Here, they have two choices of how to pay:1. They can log in to their PayPal account and complete the transaction. Payments made using a PayPal account login are returned to the Return URL specified in the Plugin.
2. If they do not have a PayPal account, they can make a one-time credit or debit card payment by clicking the link that says “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”. They can then select the appropriate tab – Debit or pre-paid gift card, Credit card or PayPal Credit – and enter the card number, name, address, email, etc. I think these are the payments that are NOT returned to the Return URL specified on the Plugin.
If you need more info, please let me know.
Thank you,
