In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Need a Rescan ButtonHi @rpbhatt,
Hope this message finds you well and thanks for the information,
Currently, Broken Link Checker doesn’t have such a feature, still, I have shared your suggestion with our development team for their evaluation. They will assess the possibility of implementing this feature in the future based on feasibility, demand, and overall contribution to improving user experience.
Best regards,
LauraHi @gem5487,
Thank you for your patience thus far and thanks for the information.
This is a reported bug issue and we’re actively working to resolve it. Rest assured that our technical team is conducting a thorough investigation to identify the root cause and consequently work towards a suitable fix.
Regrettably, we are currently unable to provide an exact timeline (ETA) for when the issue will be fixed due to the complexities involved. As soon as we have it solved we will share this with you.
Once again, we appreciate your understanding and are at your disposal for any further questions or concerns you might have.
Best regards,
LauraHi @frankwong61,
I hope this message finds you well.
In order to assist you more effectively, would it be possible for you to export the form, the mu-plugin, and share it at pastebin.com? Please remove any sensitive data you don’t want to share first.
The code is working for us as you can see here:
Let us know, please.
Kind regards,
LauraHi @sdnazdi,
Thanks for the update.
As explained before the issue might be related to the WebHook URL is not fully accessible or not working properly.
I just re-check and the URL from the WebHook is returning an HTTP error:
Could you re-check Settings >> General, Site Address (URL) and WordPress Address (URL) have HTTPS instead https://?
If after changing that, still not working, check your server WAF or Firewall. It might be blocking the WebHook, since I installed Thrive Automator and I was able to connect it fine:
Please check those and let us know the results.
Kind regards,
LauraHi @circlecast,
Hope this message finds you well.
We want to inform you that version 3.7.2 which contains the fix for this issue has been released, could you update, test and let us know the results?

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] New update cause troublesHi @queermdb,
Hope this message finds you well and thanks for the update.
Glad to hear you were able to fix it.
Would you let us know if we can mark this as solved, please? Thank you.
Kind regards,
LauraHi @jamminjames,
Hope this message finds you well and thanks for reaching us.
Unfortunately, the staging is not working, as your end is redirecting us to the live site. However, I was able to import your form and replicate the issue. I did ping our developers about this, we will back to you once we get a reply from them.
Best regards,
LauraHi @sdnazdi,
Hope this message finds you well and thanks for the update.
Failed to process request, make sure your Webhook URL is correct and your server has internet connection.
This error might be related to the WebHook URL not working properly:
Could you access to the WebHook URL using the browser and see if returns an error or message? Let us know, please.
Best regards,
LauraHi @hilltoprunner,
Thanks for the update.
It’s in the design style that I’ve used (material) that does not allow for the bars in between the numbers to be highlighted? If I were to change the design style, then this can be achieved, correct?
Correct, you will find how to change it to a different Desing Style at (edit your form) Appearance tab:
Let us know if you where able to find it.
Kind regards,
LauraHi @omarsekkkk,
Thanks for the update.
As Patrick explained in the previous reply this hook is actioned after the submissions have been saved. I did modify the code to validate the form submission:
add_action( 'forminator_custom_form_submit_before_set_fields', 'generate_pdf_on_form_submit', 10, 3 ); function generate_pdf_on_form_submit( $entry, $form_id, $field_data_array ) { //Replace with your own form ID if($form_id == 26 ){ if ($entry->entry_id){ //add custom code here } else{ //Error } } }
I double check on my own lab and it is working as expected.
Kind regards,
LauraHi @sdagency,
Thanks for the information, it is possible for you to share the theme using a Drive service like Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar? I am afraid the theme does not have a free version so we will not be able to test and reproduce the issue on our ends. Still, if you don’t feel comfortable sharing the theme, this CSS might help to fix it:
html, .branda-background-mask { height: 100vh !important; -webkit-background-size: cover !important; -moz-background-size: cover !important; -o-background-size: cover !important; background-size: cover !important; background-position-x: center !important; background-position-y: center !important; background-image: url(/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/404-Background.jpg) !important; background-repeat: no-repeat !important; }
Please let us know.
Best regards,
LauraHi @hilltoprunner,
Thanks for your patience.
After checking with our Devs, I am afraid customizing the line as a progress bar would be out of our scope. The design styles does have the progress bar are Default and Flat as you can see here:
Let us know if you require additional assistance.

LauraHi @billalben,

Could you please add the following CSS to your Form > Appearance > Custom CSS too?
.forminator-select.forminator-select-dropdown-container--open .forminator-select-dropdown .select2-results .select2-results__options{ min-width: 100&; direction: rtl; } .forminator-select.forminator-select-dropdown-container--open .forminator-select-dropdown.forminator-dropdown--default .select2-search input{ direction: rtl; }
The result should be like this:

LauraHi @hilltoprunner,
Hope this message finds you well and thanks for the update.
After taking a closer look to your form I notice you are using Appearance >> Design Style >> Material:
For that design style, there is no progress bar, only the page number will be highlighted, still, I will ping our Second Line Support and see if they can provide a snippet to add color to the thin line.
I will back to you once I get a reply from them.
